The first DROP-IN is free. Classes available from January 7, 2013.
6 classes @ $ 60 plus HST. First class is free, so you get 7 in total !!!

WHAT IS TAE BO?

Tae Bo is a cardio building system based on the natural body movements. It uses techniques of martial arts & various sports. It is a dynamic exercise supported by fast music generating huge energy boost…

 

There are two levels of Tae Bo: Intro and Tae Bo

In Intro class you will learn to perceive your musculoskeletal system at basic level & to feel your body in action. You'll be introduced to proper movement techniques giving you the results.

Tae Bo class is focussed more on your exercise endurance. This program consists of various techniques and  combinations. During Tae Bo training it is very important to listen to your body & to accordingly adjust your intensity. Working slowly up your training endurance and intensity is the correct strategy.

This workout will get you fit, you will lose weight and energize your life!

ZUMBA FITNESS

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin music and easy-to-follow dance moves. Zumba incorporates interval and resistance training while alternating fast and slow rhythms. Zumba's fans say it's so popular because Zumba is a fun way to work out.

It’s a great way to lose weight, to increase strength and coordination, and to foster self-esteem and pure happiness!

 

HEALTHY BODYFORM

 

 

If you have movement issues then this is a specific program FOR YOU! It will address strengthening of your whole body. Due to the modern life style, sedentary jobs, excessive driving time, etc. our body gets in trouble and stops performing as we wish. Through this program we will increase your functioning level, improve your posture and will get your strength up.

It’s a cardio-based workout helping you to tone and sculpt your body!

Don’t worry, sign in and make you self stronger and healthier!

Note: There are not heavy weights used! Most of the exercises are body-weight or done with simple equipment (Swiss balls, Skipping ropes, Over balls, Fitness bars, BOSU balls and more).
