HPC Spring Team

Information Summary

Our spring program is for hockey players who want to be the best that they can be and are willing to work hard to get there. This program will help build confidence and teach all the fundamentals while competing against challenging competition.
Team players and goalies will participate in two tournaments and a minimum of 3 exhibition games while the development players will participate in all of the sessions except for the tournaments and games.
This program will result in significant improvements in skating efficiency and speed, puck control, game play, and core strength and balance.
Each player will get individual attention and specific training on weak areas needed to make a major step forward. Use the spring season to rise above competition.

It’s in your hands how good you want to be…
